To speed up the process of booking us to capture your site or project, we have created this briefing form which gives us all the relevant information required to showcase everything effectively.

Step 1
First and most importantly of all is to confirm availability for us to come out and capture your media!
You can do this by filling out the form below or by contacting us directly!
If you don't have all the information available right now, please just let us know that you would like to discuss your ideas and options further!

Step 2
Using the information provided in the form below, we will check air space permissions and our availability before confirming the shoot date.
(Please note: Minimum 48 hours notice is required for air space permission application)
We will send you a contract outlining the scope of work required as detailed in the brief form.
Once that is signed and returned to us, you are all booked in and ready to go!

Step 3
On the date of shooting we will contact you in the morning to confirm weather and conditions are appropriate for showcasing.
If all is well, we will require someone to meet us on site to show us site boundaries and specifics.
Alternatively we can work remotely as long as we have a detailed mark up of the site plan and labeled areas of all that needs to be shown.
If you have any changes in the lead up to your day please let us know 48hours in advance to avoid a rebooking fee.

Step 4
Once shooting has been completed we will back up media and begin the post-production process.
If we require graphics, logos, any overlaying textiles or have any questions in regards to your project we will be in touch with you.
The final delivery of the project will be completed within 1-6 weeks from date of filming.
If you require media to be completed sooner please let us know prior to filming.

Travel fees are covered within 100kms of the Blue Mountains area.
In terms of costs we are very reasonable and will calculate the distance to your chosen address and give you a flat fee value included in the contract.

Yes, all editing is included, however photoshopping and editing revisions extending 12 hours will require an additional fee.
Please advise prior to shooting if you require specialised file formats or specific dimension outputs.

Yes of course, if you can provide a mood or theme board of exactly what you are looking for in addition to giving us extra time on the day to shoot that, there is no reason why we can’t try our absolute best to bring that dream to a reality for you.

To confirm your date we mainly need a confirmation of dates, locations and airspace permission.
The form below includes all the essential information we require and then once we receive airspace confirmation and signed contract that day is yours!

Editing times may vary however a complete photo gallery or full video showing your site / project can be expected in 1-3 weeks after date of shooting.
Please let us know if you need your media sooner than that and we will do our best to get it to you sooner.

We are often required to capture sites remotely as we understand some projects can be very far away.
In order for us to best serve you without onsite guidance we will require a digital mark up of the site showing the perimeter and any special areas that need to be captured in detail.
